OPINEL T-Duo peelers are unique! They have two blades: one with micro-serrations for easy peeling even very fine or thin skins and the other for making julienne vegetable noodles. The peeler is available with a beechwood handle and a dishwasher-safe polymer handle. This kitchen utensil with a comfortable grip is equipped with a tip for removing potato eyes. More than 130 years ago, Joseph Opinel invented the pocket knife that still bears his name in a small Savoyard village. The company, still run by Joseph Opinel's descendants, manufactures products ranging from small pocket knives to kitchen and cutlery knives and gardening tools in Chambéry, in the heart of the French Alps.
