Reusable medium-sized vacuum bags are made of durable, BPA-free plastic.The versatile vacuum bags can be used to store all types of food in the fridge, freezer and pantry. They are perfectly tight and can withstand temperatures up to 100°C, so you can use them for sous-vide cooking.
You can store all types of food in the vacuum bags, whether raw, pre-cooked or cooked: meat, fish, cold cuts, cheese, vegetables, fruit, ready meals, vegetable salads, nuts, cereals, biscuits and pastries.

Vacuum at the touch of a button in seconds = up to 5x longer fresh food
Bags have a simple, perfectly sealed zip-lock closure system and easy to use vacuum valve that you simply attach the vacuum pump to and with one push, suck out the air in seconds.
The vacuum created after extracting excess air will extend the freshness of stored food up to 5 times.
Great for the freezer, efficient use of space
Perfectly sealed bags are perfect for use in the freezer. You can freeze dinner for the whole family in a large bag, or individual portions in smaller bags. The perfect seal in the freezer prevents freezer burns (damage to food from freezer burn if frozen the wrong way).Food stored in the bags can also be defrosted and heated in the microwave (with the vacuum valve released).
Sous-vide cooking
Theperfectly watertight bags can withstand temperatures of up to 100 °C and are therefore also suitable for modern, temperature-controlled sous-vide slow cooking .
Marinating in 30 minutes
The vacuum helps the spices and marinade to penetrate the meat, reducing the time needed to marinate the meat before grilling to just 30 minutes.

QR code on each bag in conjunction with the Zwilling culinary world smart mobile app keeps an eye on the expiry date of stored food and helps you plan your food consumption better. It will also recommend a recipe that you can prepare with the stored food and help with your shopping list.
