Monbento places special emphasis on ensuring that its products are perfectly airtight. This is why you may encounter resistance when opening the intermediate cover, especially with a new product. This strength ensures that the boxes remain airtight and suitable for everyday transport. To open, flip open the silicone valve and twist it. Then use your fingernails to remove the lid.

Is the Monbento Sense snack box suitable for the oven?

But don't forget to remove the intermediate cover before putting it in the oven! If you are careful about wasting food, this stainless steel snack box is perfect for you: It allows you to bake exactly the amount you want or need, just for you.

Can I use the Sense snack box in the microwave?
Another indisputable advantage of the Monbento Sense: this stainless steel box is microwave-safe! It can be confusing if you've read that stainless steel and microwave don't go together. But Monbento has risen to the challenge! Thanks to its sleek design and rounded edges, you can place this snack box in the microwave and heat up your delicious home-cooked meals with complete peace of mind.
Below are some tips and guidelines to follow when using the Monbento Sense snack box in the microwave:
- Be sure to remove the stainless steel top lid before placing the Monbento Sense in the microwave.
- You can use the snack box in the microwave even with the intermediate cover on (it may be helpful not to dirty your microwave), but make sure to open the small silicone valve before heating.
- We recommend that you do not exceed 500 watts and do not heat food for more than 3 minutes.
- Do not heat 2 containers at the same time, Monbento Sense does not like competition in the microwave.
- After heating the food, we recommend removing the box from the microwave wearing gloves or oven mitts. The container will cool quickly while you enjoy your hot lunch.
- The lid of the box may lift slightly during reheating. Just flip it over the box for 30 seconds to allow the heat from the food to return it to its original shape.

DISTRIBUTION POINTS
We offer the option of picking up at thousands of delivery points in the GLS and Balíkovna networks. Delivery to the delivery point is cheaper and offers greater flexibility, you can pick up the shipment when it suits you.
Please note, however, that there is a limited time for which the shipment will be available at the pick-up point.
Usually, the shipment must be picked up within 2-3 business days.

 We try to process all orders as soon as possible . If the goods are in stock with us, we usually ship them immediately. If they are made to order and are in stock with suppliers and brands, we always ship them immediately after they are in stock.
