Monbento places special emphasis on making its products perfectly airtight. Therefore, you may encounter resistance when opening the transition caps, especially with a new product. This strength ensures that the boxes remain airtight and suitable for everyday transport. To open, lift off the silicone valve and turn it. Then use your fingernails to remove the lid.

Can I use the Original snack box in the microwave?
The indisputable advantage of Monbento Original: you can place this snack box in the microwave with complete peace of mind and heat up your delicious home-cooked meals.
Below are some tips and guidelines to follow when using the Monbento Original snack box in the microwave:
- Be sure to remove the top lid before placing the Monbento Original in the microwave.
- You can also use the snack box in the microwave with the intermediate lid on (may be usefulto avoid dirtying the microwave), but make sure to open the small silicone valve before heating.
- We recommend that you do not exceed 500 W and do not heat the food for more than 3 minutes.
- During heating, the lid of the snack box may lift slightly. Simply flip it over the box for 30 seconds to allow the heat from the food to return it to its original shape.

What can I put in my Monbento Original box?

We offer the option of picking up at thousands of delivery points in the GLS and Balíkovna networks. Delivery to the delivery point is cheaper and offers greater flexibility, you can pick up the shipment when it suits you.
Please note, however, that there is a limited time for which the shipment will be available at the pick-up point.
Usually, the shipment must be picked up within 2-3 business days.
