The Monbento Element food box The Journey invites you to discover the magnificent Frenchvolcanoes in the Auvergne region through its motif, which shows a panoramic view of the Puy-de-Dôme volcano! Thanks to its 550 ml capacity and thermo-insulating properties, you will be able to enjoy your favourite food hot or chilled for up to 10 hours (depending on the contents and conditions of use). The large thread width of the closure and the seal ensure that the Monbento Element box is perfectly airtight: you can carry it everywhere and at ease.

How to keep food at the right temperature for as long as possible
- Preheat/cool the container: fill with boiling/cold water, close the lid and leave for at least 30 sec. Press the steam release button first before opening the lid.
- Fill the food box with hot/cold food. If you are heating the food before placing it in the container, prefer to use the hob rather than the microwave for a more even temperature and result.
- Fill the container completely: insulating efficiency is best when the container is full.
- Once the container is full, close the lid quickly and tightly: this will reduce heat/cold loss.
- Food lovers will have to test their patience: avoid opening the box before eating!
- Store the food box at room temperature, around 21°C, to keep the food warm, or in a cool place at up to 15°C to keep the food cold.
- Be sure to stir the food before you start eating to ensure an even temperature.

 You can choose between GLS or Balíkovna (Czech Post) carriers. Delivery to the address is comfortable, you can request a change of address and the driver will contact you before delivery. You can always see the shipping price in the cart, including the right to free shipping.

DISTRIBUTION POINTS
We offer the option of picking up at thousands of delivery points in the GLS and Balíkovna networks. Delivery to the delivery point is cheaper and offers greater flexibility, you can pick up the shipment when it suits you.
Please note, however, that there is a limited time for which the shipment will be available at the pick-up point.
Usually, the shipment must be picked up within 2-3 business days.

 We try to process all orders as soon as possible . If the goods are in stock with us, we usually ship them immediately. If they are made to order and are in stock with suppliers and brands, we always ship them immediately after they are in stock.
