The KitchenAid Gourmet Chopper is designed to easily chop small and large pieces of meat or vegetables in one downward stroke. It's the ideal knife for preparing any meal, from steaks to stews.The knife blade is made from semi-polished, high-carbon Japanese stainless steel, hardened and temperedto provide a long-lasting blade for professional quality slicing with every use. KitchenAid Gourmet knives have ergonomic handles with three rivets for optimal control during everyday use. The handles are accented with a stainless steel end cap. The knife includes a cover to protect the blade and for safe storage.
