Asparagus is considered a real delicacy by gourmets and as such deserves proper attention and care. When cooking asparagus, it is recommended that it be cooked in a vertical position - with the tip up. The stainless steel insert is used to cook the asparagus as it should be and then drain it without any problems, without breaking it.
And when asparagus is not in season, this pot can be used to cook various types of vegetables, but also pasta, which you can easily remove after cooking, without the need to use a colander.

The SIGMA Classic sandwich bottom, with a strong aluminum core covered with 18/10 stainless steel, perfectly accumulates heat and then distributes it evenly over the entire surface of the bottom of the pot, thus preventing the formation of hotspots where food easily burns and at the same time increasing energy savings by reducing the stove power immediately after heating the container. The handles do not overheat during cooking and make it easy to handle even with a full pot.
