The Paris model line of mills is one of the most popular. The mills are available in various colors and sizes. They have gained their popularity due to their very elegant design and ergonomic workmanship, which ensure that the mill fits perfectly in your hand. The salt and pepper mills are distinguished from each other by a discreet marking on the crown of the mill - the crown of the pepper mill is bordered by a black stripe, the crown of the salt mill is bordered by a white stripe. The marking is intuitive, based on the color of the spice and is visible from any angle.

Within a few years, the Paris Peugeot grinders have become the global archetype of the classic grinder, their design is familiar to almost everyone. The grinder bodies and grinding mechanisms are manufactured exclusively in Peugeot's own facilities in France. Here, they are assembled by hand by workers who give each grinder that invaluable human touch. This is what distinguishes Peugeot grinders from Chinese machine-produced products. Inspectors then verify the synergy of the individual parts of the grinder and its flawless functioning.

Thanks to the patented u'Select technology, you can easily adjust the grinding coarseness - choosing from 6 preset options, from the coarsest to the finest grind. All you need to do is turn the ring at the bottom of the grinder. The grinding mechanism is made of 18/10 stainless steel treated with a patented method for higher resistance to corrosion, wear and for long-lasting sharpness. Pepper mill: the grinding mechanism is spiral-shaped and has a double row of teeth that guide and hold the peppercorns to ensure perfect grinding. We recommend using dried peppercorns with a diameter of 6 mm or less, white, black or green pepper. Mixtures of colored peppers should not contain more than 15% red (pink) pepper. Can also be used to grind dried coriander. The mill is not intended for grinding salt.

Salt Mill: The salt mill mechanism is designed to grind coarse dry salt - both sea and rock salt. Ideally with crystals 4mm in diameter or less. This mill is not intended for grinding pepper.
