How long will the thermos keep drinks warm?
This thermos will keep hot beverages warm for several hours; however, this time depends on how often you open the lid and allow the heat to escape. While the stainless steel part is vacuum insulated, the plastic lid is not. Preheating the travel mug and using hot beverages will help keep the temperature high for a longer period of time, howeverHowever, after approximately 2 hours, the temperature of the drink may begin to drop (especially if you have opened and closed it several times during the drinking process). The purpose of the product is to maintain the temperature of the drink for a few hours, not for the whole day.

Can the travel thermos be washed in the dishwasher?
The lid is dishwasher safe, but the vacuum insulated stainless steel cup can only be washed by hand. Wash the mug with warm, soapy water before the first use and after each use. Do not immerse it in water. After letting it drain, dry it thoroughly. Always store the thermos with the lid removed.

We offer the option of picking up at thousands of delivery points in the GLS and Balíkovna networks. Delivery to the delivery point is cheaper and offers greater flexibility, you can pick up the shipment when it suits you.
Please note, however, that there is a limited time for which the shipment will be available at the pick-up point.
Usually, the shipment must be picked up within 2-3 business days.
